Review: Philippines' first electronic darts bar, i Darts DASH in BGC

The popular electronic darts bar has finally reached the Philippine shore.

i Darts DASH is the newest hangout spot in the Bonifacio Global City where one can bond with friends over drinks and food and play darts.

The highlight of the hidden-ish bar (located at the fourth floor of Uniqlo Building at Bonifacio High Street) is of course playing darts with your family and friends.

For only P300, one can have 10 credits, which can be used to play several darts games. The staff-slash-instructors are very approachable—they teach the basics and suggest what games to plays.

Newbie? Don't fear the bullet, the i Darts staff are very helpful and accommodating

You can choose from count-up, survivor, and under the hat, among several others. It was really fun to discover other types of digital darts game and learning that it's not just about hitting the bulleseye.

The Eatventurers really enjoyed playing and beating each other’s records during a Zomato foodie meet-up. We’d definitely come back to have fun again.

The resto-bar offers a variety of finger food, perfect if your group wants to take a break from playing darts.

They have munchies, meats and fowls such as spam cubes, nachos, onion rings, street food platter (squidballs, kikiam, fishballs, mini hotdogs),  and buffalo wings, among others.

These, with price ranging from P120 to P330, taste okay but are not spectacular. However, we’d recommend the truffle fries, enoki nest and lemon pepper chicken skin as these are extremely flavorful.

If you are a vegetarian or practicing a healthy diet, i Darts also offer veg options such as the corn tempura, vegetable batons and rice spring roll.

We also recommend their corn tempura priced at P160. It's a corn rolled in cheese seasoning.

They currently offer only two desserts—the milk ice cream turon and the choco crinkle ice cream. We’d definitely go for the latter because we’re chocolate lovers.

For the drinks, we ordered one of the bar’s signature cocktails. Lipstick—a combination of London dry gin, strawberry puree, lemon, basil—really tastes good.

They also offer hard liquors beers and non-alcoholic beverages.

You can heat up the game by ordering a tower of their draft beer. A shot to those who'll lose won't hurt much, right?

If you want to take darts seriously, i Darts is selling darts and other collectibles that can hone your skills. You can also avail their membership card which you can use at their other branches in Asia.

Part-owner, Dashelle Villanueva, said their are looking into holding tournaments soon.

For now, companies can hold their team-building or tournament as they also accept groups reservations. The area is really spacious.

This sports bar is open until 3 a.m. but Dashelle said they extend up to 5 a.m. depending on the number of customers and their stays.

i Darts had their soft-opening in January this year but it is undoubtedly becoming one of the coolest hangout places in the metro.

We'd absolutely love to come back for digital darts game is truly addicting and unleashes the fun and  competitiveness in you.
